Assistant Clinical Director 

Laura is a Licensed Social Worker with 28 years of Mental Health and dual diagnosis experience. Specifically, she has 6 years of leading the residential services. Laura has worked closely with the Mental Health Court to help coordinate services including substance recovery programming. Laura is excited to work alongside the team to help build and provide services to those individuals served.

House Manager

As Monarch's House Manager, Ashley brings a unique perspective. Her firsthand understanding of the recovery journey allows her to connect with residents on a deeply empathetic level. She is a mentor, providing guidance, encouragement, and unwavering support to those under her care. She's not just a House Manager but a true ally in your recovery journey.
